The Spring Water Cave gets its name from the source of fresh water that is inside. It's a large cavity with its entrance at 14m right along the coastline. The cave became a vast underground chamber; its heavy rubble of the collapse on the bottom floor providing shelter for hermit crabs and Stenopus. Divers are often lucky enough to meet magnosa, continuing the penetration passes near a den of Scarrea Umbra whom obviously ran away among the rocks. Just after you cross an halocline, generated from the sweet spring water and the salty sea water, your eyesight get blurred, the water becomes crystal clear and very cold, meaning that we are in fresh water. Here you can surface in a huge room with breathing air full of stalactites and stalagmites. The latest gift of Spring Water Cave is at the end of our exploration trip with the reflections of deep blue that shows us the way out.
